May 24\, 8:30 PM. \nAll residents of the Oakbridge Neighborhood (145 single-family homes) are automatically members of the Oakbridge Community Services Association (OCSA)\, and your property is subject to the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions (DCR)\, which was put into place back in 1979\, when this whole corner of town was just a farm field. \nThings have changed in the intervening 44 years\, and an OCSA committee has been working on a set of amendments to the DCR. Their recommendations will be presented to the OCSA Board on Wed.
