Voting information

How To Vote Absentee.

Madison’s wonderful city clerk, Maribeth Witzel-Behl, and her supremely dedicated and competent staff have made it really, really easy to find out how, where, and when to vote in Madison. In particular, if you want to vote by absentee ballot (minimizing your exposure to the rest of the world), you can find out how at https://www.cityofmadison.com/clerk/elections-voting/voting/vote-absentee
That same website lists in-person absentee-voting locations and drop-off sites.
Are you registered to vote? Have you asked for an absentee ballot? Has it been sent to you? If you sent it back, has it been received? All this info available at the super helpful and easy-to-use website myvote.wi.gov – just enter your name and birthday and all will be made plain to you.
Now more than ever it’s important to get a jump on the process, because there will likely be unforeseen delays as we get closer to Tue. Nov. 3. Don’t let your vote go uncounted! Vote as soon as possible!
