Hi, everyone. Just a reminder that the next Oakbridge Neighborhood Association Board Meeting will be held on Sunday, July 28, from 6-8 pm at:
Regus 8383 Greenway Blvd. Suite 600 Middleton WI 53562
It is the old Smith & Gesteland Building. It is the only building with a flag on the roof.
Please arrive promptly, as we will manually have to let everyone in the building (since it is a Sunday), so anyone arriving after 6 pm will not be able to get in.
At this next meeting, the Board will be discussing, among other things, allowing for electronic notice in the bylaws. Right now, the bylaws only allow for paper/mailed notices of upcoming meetings, including meetings at which neighborhood residents are required to vote. However, we would like to also allow for electronic notice of meetings to neighborhood residents. All neighborhood residents are welcome to attend and provide any comments.
