Your Oakbridge Community Services Association (OCSA) annual lot assessment of $130 is due Sat. Feb. 29. If you haven’t already done so, please mail it to Julie Roach, 7853 E. Oakbrook Cir., Madison, WI, 53717.

Due to the road work in our neighborhood that is likely to last for much of the summer, the board has decided to cancel the Neighborhood Garage Sale scheduled for May 17 and 18.
