Oakbridge Homeowner’s Association Meeting Minutes – January 11, 2018
Present: Ron Hay, Dan Gronemus, Jeff Wilson, Barb Prigge, Laura Schweitzer, Abigail Darwin, Jordan Speicher, Kraig Bodie, Nancy Kern

A handsome group of Oakbridge residents braved the blustery conditions on Saturday, November 11th, to rake the common areas of Oakbridge. It seemed like it was going to be a race against snow, but the weather held out long enough to accomplish our goal in about 90 minutes. Keep an eye out on this web page, Nextdoor or the Oakbridge Facebook page to find out when the spring-clean event happens. Thanks to all the above for your hard work!

Oakbridge residents are reminded to lock doors, particularly back doors.
If possible, you may want to keep a light on in your back yard. Try a dusk-to-dawn light, timer light or motion sensor light. Be sure to check with your neighbors to be sure your light is not a nuisance.
If you notice a neighbor’s garage door open into the evening, please stop by or give them a call. We all forget to close them once in a while.
